Reporting a Processing Problem
Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and any error message shown on the page. Include the approximate date and time with your time zone, your browser and device, the file format and dimensions, and the scale or effect you selected. These details are usually more useful than sending the original image.
Do not include API keys, access tokens, signed upload or download links, or confidential images. If a screenshot helps explain the issue, crop out personal information and private links before sharing it. You do not need to run the same AI task again just to report a problem.
Privacy and File Requests
Use the same email address for questions or requests about your uploaded images and processing records. Include the approximate processing date and describe the request without attaching sensitive files. We may need further information to identify the relevant record.
The Privacy Policy explains the current storage and retention practices. An expired access link does not by itself mean a stored image has been deleted.
Ideas for Future Updates
Tell us the type of image you work with and what you want to improve. Dedicated tools marked Coming soon are not yet available, and there is no announced release date for them. Feedback helps us understand which problems matter before expanding the service.
