The charge follows recorded model cost: 1 credit per $0.0171, rounded up. This corresponds to about 15.4 seconds at the current model rate. You need at least 1 available credit to begin. If the completed image needs more credits than you have, no partial charge is taken: add credits within 24 hours of submission to unlock the download. Output dimensions remain subject to the 64-megapixel limit but do not determine the charge.
Credit packs buy AI image upscaling usage. After verified payment, credits are added to the Google account used at checkout. No subscription or automatic renewal.
How credits work
- Each Google account gets 3 free credits per UTC calendar month. They reset on the first at 00:00 UTC and do not accumulate.
- A completed image uses 1 credit per $0.0171 of measured AI processing (about 15.4 seconds), rounded up, with a minimum of 1 and no per-image cap. Uploading, queueing and downloading do not count. The charge is calculated from recorded model cost at 1 credit per $0.0171.
- Your balance is charged only after the result is saved and the full charge can be covered. Free credits are used first, with paid credits covering any remainder. One image can be in progress per account.
- If there are not enough credits, the result stays private and no partial charge is taken. Add the missing credits within 24 hours of submission to unlock the download automatically. Otherwise the result expires, with no charge and no download.
- Purchased credits carry over between months. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal.
- Failed processing does not use credits. Stopping the wait or closing the page does not cancel a running image. If measured model cost is unavailable, the saved result waits for verification before download. If the measurement cannot be confirmed within 24 hours of submission, the charge is waived and is not collected later. Existing tasks keep the charging rules shown when they were submitted.
