Terms of Use
These terms apply to image processing and optional Google sign-in at pictureupscaler.app. Use the service only if you accept the conditions below.
Upload Rights and Permitted Use
You must own or have permission to upload and process the files you submit. Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, impersonation, or activity that harms other people. You remain responsible for how you use and share the output.
You allow the service and its processing providers to handle your files as needed to run the requested job and deliver the result. These terms do not claim ownership of your original uploads. Any rights in output remain subject to applicable law and the rights of others.
AI Output and File Limitations
AI enlargement estimates missing pixels and can change details, faces, lettering, colors, or texture. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or equivalent to a photograph captured at the output resolution. Review the result before relying on it.
Keep your originals. Animated image files are processed as a still frame. PDF and pixel-art tools are not available in this initial release. The service is not a backup system, document-authentication service, or professional restoration guarantee.
Free Daily Limits
The current AI trial allows up to five image jobs per IP address per UTC day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. People sharing a network share that limit. Signing in does not increase it. Technical limits also apply to file size, dimensions, and processing resources.
Do not bypass rate limits, probe other users' jobs, share private access tokens publicly, or use automation that disrupts service. The service may reject requests or restrict access to protect capacity and prevent abuse.
Optional Google Accounts
Google sign-in is optional; you can use the image trial without it. If you sign in, use a Google account you control and protect access to it. Sign out when using a shared device. We do not provide a password-based login or reset your Google password.
The account page displays your profile. Signing in does not create a job history, transfer anonymous jobs to your account, or establish ownership of files from a shared IP address. For an account-deletion request, contact sg4h40n4n@gmail.com from the account email; we may need to verify control before acting.
Availability and Changes
Processing depends on network access and external infrastructure. Jobs can fail, be delayed, or produce unexpected results. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a fixed completion time.
The current free trial does not require payment. Paid subscriptions, billing, and credits are not available. Optional Google sign-in depends on service configuration and provider availability. If commercial features are introduced, their pricing and applicable terms will be presented separately before a purchase.
Privacy and Contact
Read the Privacy Policy for information about images, job records, network identifiers, optional account data, session cookies, providers, and retention. Do not upload sensitive files unless you accept that processing.
